  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all business transactions, inquiries, and usage of our website.

  • We reserve the right to change or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

  • Our services are intended for wholesale buyers, distributors, and business entities.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to make purchases on behalf of your company or firm.

3. Product Information

  • We make every effort to display our fabrics and product details as accurately as possible.

  • Minor variations in color, shade, texture, or GSM may occur due to screen display differences or manufacturing tolerances.

  • Custom-dyed or special-order products are subject to client approval before dispatch.

4. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are subject to applicable taxes.

  • Orders must meet our minimum quantity requirements for wholesale.

  • Prices are subject to change based on market fluctuations, fabric type, dyeing processes, and order volume.

5. Payments

  • Payments must be made as per agreed terms — either in advance, part payment, or as per credit agreement.

  • We accept NEFT/RTGS, UPI, bank transfers, and cheques (subject to clearance).

  • Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order size, location, and logistics partner.

  • M. Vijay Textile Mills is not responsible for delays caused by transporters, weather, strikes, or unforeseen conditions.

  • Risk passes to the buyer once goods are handed over to the transporter.

7. Cancellation & Return Policy

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified without our approval.

  • Custom or dyed fabric orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Returns are accepted only in case of genuine manufacturing defects and must be reported within 24 hours of receiving goods, along with photographic evidence.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, text, logos, and designs on this website are the property of M. Vijay Textile Mills and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of goods sold in case of confirmed product defects.

10. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Pali District Court, Rajasthan, India.
