Delivery Information

At M. Vijay Textile Mills, Pali, we are committed to ensuring timely, safe, and efficient delivery of your textile orders across India and abroad. Our logistics process is designed to meet the specific needs of wholesalers, retailers, and bulk buyers.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All wholesale orders are processed within 2 to 5 working days after confirmation and payment.

  • For custom dyeing or finishing, processing times may vary. Our team will inform you of estimated delivery timelines during order confirmation.

2. Delivery Methods

We offer flexible delivery options to suit your location and order volume:

  • ✅ Transport via reputed logistics providers (e.g., VRL, Gati, TCI, etc.)

  • ✅ Parcel and cargo services for small and mid-sized orders

  • ✅ Full truckload shipping for bulk dispatches

  • ✅ Pick-up facility available from our warehouse in Pali, Rajasthan (on request)

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi NCR: 2–4 business days

  • North India (Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu, UP): 3–6 business days

  • Eastern & Southern India: 5–10 business days

  • International shipping: Delivery time will depend on destination and freight service

Note: Delivery times may vary based on courier availability, public holidays, or unforeseen transport delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume, weight, and delivery location.

  • Bulk orders may qualify for free or discounted shipping.

  • You may also book your own transporter; we will coordinate dispatch accordingly.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, we will share the tracking ID or LR number (Lorry Receipt) via email or WhatsApp.

  • For transport truck bookings, driver details and contact numbers will be provided for coordination.

6. Damages or Shortages

  • Please inspect goods upon delivery.

  • If any shortages or damages are noticed, notify us within 24 hours with photographs and consignment details.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
